A deposit equal to 50% of the booked stay is required at the time of booking, or by 6 months prior to arrival. Credit Card Holds are considered as deposits and subject to all policies there of in cases of no-shows and/or cancellations.
Cancellations received prior to 14 days of arrival are subject to a $15.00 handling fee per unit booked. Cancellations within the 14 days result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
Transfer of booking deposit to a later date (within the same fiscal year) is available once, as long as 14 days prior notice is given, and new booking is made at time of transfer.
Early departures and/or late arrivals will be charged 100% of reserved stay. Please note that "weather condition" is not considered sufficient reason for cancellation.
Cabin No Shows will forfeit deposit or be charged first night's stay, whichever is greater.
